I'm not from Chicago, but when you are in your phone book, yellow pages, I'm sure there are many places that handle parts and service for your device. Look under "Heating and plumbing equipment," or perhaps "heating contractor," or perhaps "Heating appliances and systems" something. Good luck!
You go to a dealer or Tempstar Heill both are the same company
