Can I use the dell webcam center for an hp laptop? - no supported webcam driver detected. please install the webcam

I have an HP laptop with a webcam, but my friend over that Dell came with the Dell Webcam Center has all these effects and the voice for change. I downloaded the center of the webcam from Dell, but when I try a video with this driver is not supported, it is recognized WebCam. Please install the driver WEBCAM with the Dell Resource CD and launch the new center WEBCAM. i dont have the CD. What should I do for work? Please help! please =)
